Download The Way We Were books, The Way We Were is a book about the theological dimensions of the controversy that shook the foundations of the Southern Baptist Convention during the decades of the 80s and 90s. That controversy began at the national level, far from most Baptist laypeople, trickled down to the state Baptist conventions, where it included a much broader audience, and now has moved into local churches. --from forward

Download The Way We Were books, The story of Ray Pettit is the story of America. a country of decent and generous people, a country with a heritage and system of government based on liberty and the rights of individuals, a country where opportunity has no bounds. Encouraged by his mill-worker parents, who were lacking in formal education but not in intelligence, character, and love for their children, he used his natural ability in mathematics and high-level academic achievement as a springboard to great accomplishments in engineering, some of which contributed to the development of today's modem cellphone technology .Mill-Village Boy begins with the story of a barefoot boy in overalls, in the small town of Canton, Georgia, during the depression years of the 1930s. Unconditionally loved by his parents, Ray Pettit went from Class Valedictorian to graduation from Georgia Tech with a degree in Electrical Engineering. This was followed by Masters and Doctor of Philosophy degrees, and outstanding achievements in industry and academia. Mill-Village Boy has elements of intrigue and danger, love and adventure, comedy and sadness, loyalty and betrayal. . . a fascinating description of an exciting and rewarding life!

by George Forss, The Way We Were Books available in PDF, EPUB, Mobi Format. Download The Way We Were books, I was not a young man when I started photographing New York City. I started photographing NYC around 1974. I was 32 years old. I got the idea of making scenes of New York City and selling my pictures in the city streets after the invention of resin coated printing paper. With this paper I could make a print and then simply hang it up on clothes pins to dry and put my print in ready-made mat boards with the inset already cut out. I had a plan. I had a job as a messenger delivering packages all around New York. This gave me the means to go around the city looking for interesting subjects to photograph while I was delivering packages. I figured a time would come, once I had taken a certain amount of photos, when I would feel good about leaving my messenger job.

No matter how much I've tried to experience it, something always happens to make me turn away. When I was with Donnell Patterson, I believed I finally had a chance at it, but I ended up destroying it by being selfish. Now, I have a second chance with Zack Hall. He’s a woman’s dream – smart, generous, and sexy as hell. But now that I’m with someone else, why does Donnell keep coming back into my thoughts? Should I let go of the past, and start with someone new, or go back to the person that I’ve always considered my one true love? Donnell: Monica Taylor and I have had our shares of ups and downs. Honestly, we had more downs than ups. But no matter what we did to each other, we always found our way back to each other; but she did the unthinkable when she tried to hook up with Marcus Walker. Now, I’m with someone new, who makes me really happy. Dominique Sawyer is amazing; not only is she smart and beautiful, but she's also drama-free. But if she’s so perfect, why do I keep thinking about the person who has continuously broke my heart?
